If AuSAE Conference and Exhibition (ACE) is unable to be rescheduled, AuSAE will issue you a non-transferable credit note for the amount of the fee, which may be deemed against any appropriate future events for the period of 12 months from the date of issue.

Without prejudice to its obligations AuSAE accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation with a performance of its obligations under this Agreement if affected by Force Majeure.

ACKNOWLEDGING COUNTRY

AuSAE acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and acknowledges their continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and to Elders past and present.

AuSAE also acknowledges the Turrbal and Yuggera people, the Traditional Owners of the land on which we work and learn. As a community of association executives, we are privileged to work and learn everyday with indigenous colleagues and partners, especially as we come together on this land for ACE 2026.
