Can I be invoiced for my registration before I pay?

A tax invoice will be emailed out to all delegates upon the completion of their registration online.

What are the payment options available?

Payment can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Credit Card.

Is GST included in the registration fee?

Yes, all prices are inclusive of 10% GST and are in Australian dollars. 

How do I get to BCEC?

Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre is located in South Brisbane, on the banks of the Brisbane River. How to get there.

Delegates have the option to use AirTrain with code DISCOUNT for discounted travel to and from the airport.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the Conference and Exhibition is Business Casual.

Can I share my name badge?

Sharing of registrations is not permitted. A separate registration is required for everyone who wishes to attend.

What happens if I need to cancel?

All cancellations must be made in writing to ace@icms.com.au. Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event, you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

Cancellations received before 3 August 2026 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of 25% of the original registration fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. Non-payment and non-attendance do not constitute cancellation.

Is the Exhibition free to attend?

The ACE Exhibition is free to attend for all registration types except Catalyst. Please view the Registration Page for more information about what your registration includes.

When do I get my name badge?

You may pick up your name badge at the registration desk upon arrival. Registration opens at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, 26 August. Check out the Program Page for more information about when registration is open throughout the conference.
